    Hello
I have two problems with 2.6.9-rc2:
    1. I have the same problem with vesa fb like Eric BEGOT
    ( Message-ID: <414817EC.6090202@yahoo.fr> )
    2. System crash (sysrq not working) when i try record tv.

My tv card is pixelview playtv pro

01:06.0 Multimedia video controller: Brooktree Corporation Bt878 Video
Capture (rev 11) Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 11
            Memory at dc000000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=4K]
            Capabilities: <available only to root>

01:06.1 Multimedia controller: Brooktree Corporation Bt878 Audio Capture
(rev 11) Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 11
            Memory at dc001000 (32-bit, prefetchable) [size=4K]
            Capabilities: <available only to root>

    I rc.modules i have:
    modprobe tuner
    modprobe bttv card=70 pll=1 radio=1

to record (after set channel [in xawtv]) I use this command:
mencoder -tv driver=v4l2:width=768:height=576 tv:// -ovc lavc -lavcopts
    vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=1600 -vop pp=lb -oac mp3lame -lameopts vol=10 -o
    file.avi

This command worked on older 2.6 kernels, but when i use it on 2.6.9-rc2
system freezing, I can't sync/umount/reboot with sysrq only hard reboot
    working.
