OOPS: KDE making my kernel flake out?

    Mysterious failing of software.

    [2.] Full description of the problem/report:

    This happened once before when I was messing with DRI. So I reinstalled and
    it was still acting up. I tweaked my BIOS memory settings and it seemed to
    fix it for a couple of weeks and then today it started up again. This time I
    didn't get a hard crash (Kernel Panic) but I thought it might be noteworthy.

    The Oops actually came from the system just after the Oops occured. The other
    data was after I rebooted. I think the kernel may have been 2.6.7. If you
    could point me to what might be the problem (ie. Software, or Distro problem,
    etc.) I would greatly appreciate it.
