NACK. This changes other configuration options in addition, for example
in collie_defconfig:
-CONFIG_MTD_OBSOLETE_CHIPS=y
-# CONFIG_MTD_AMDSTD is not set
-CONFIG_MTD_SHARP=y
-# CONFIG_MTD_JEDEC is not set
