[git patches] IDE updates part 1

Hi,

Since it's "Merging Spree" again here goes the first IDE update for 2.6.26:

- couple of fixes and preparatory patches for IDE warm-plug support

- rework of PowerMac media-bay support ([un]register IDE devices instead of
[un]registering IDE interface)

- IDE warm-plug support, to warm-plug devices on a port 'idex':

# echo -n "1" > /sys/class/ide_port/idex/delete_devices

unplug old device(s) and plug new device(s)

#echo -n "1" > /sys/class/ide_port/idex/scan

done!

- ability to add new interfaces for ide-generic host driver through
/sys/class/ide_generic/add, i.e.

echo -n "0x168:0x36e:10" > /sys/class/ide_generic/add

- generic packet command representation for ATAPI (Borislav Petkov)

- scc_pata update (Akira Iguchi)

- misc stuff...

Because of the above changes some obsoleted/broken code can be removed
(~250 LOC) together with PPC specific hacks (~500 LOC).

Almost all patches have been in IDE tree (which is propagated to both
-mm and -next trees) since middle of February so they should be pretty
polished by now (extra thanks to Sergei Shtylyov for the hard work on
reviewing IDE patches).
