I can't speak for the UNIX side of Trend Micro, but I do run their Scan Mail
for Exchange anti-virus software on my Exchange server. Trend's support for
this product has been excellent - and I very rarly use the word excellent in
the same sentence with the word support. They have earned that rating from
me over the last four years.

Also, trend's ability at updating their pattern files (IMO) is excellent.
Damn! there I go with that word again. To give you an example of just how
fast these guys are... I received an e-mail notification last month from
trend giving me a headups about the SOBIG.E strain virus. Within 7 hours of
my system updating its pattern file to properly catch this virus - an e-mail
arrived with the SOBIG.E virus and was properly detected and deleted.

To this date, my lan infrastrcuture has remained virus free. Thank you Trend
    Micro!

I have also heard good things about Vexira in the UNIX world.
