Red Hat 8.0 Issue #2: Fatal error retrieving privacy statement: Name or service not known.

    Hi again!
    Here is issue #2:

    I get the above error ever since the last time that I reinstalled Red Hat.
    I laid this install over the top of the previous install (i.e. I did not
    reformat root because I had some packages that I did not want to lose). As
    a result, I cannot bring my RH 8.0 up to the current kernel release.
