Hi, I have a few other questions as a new RH9 user
that I hoped someone could help me answer.
- I'd like to use the standard xterm and not the
'terminal' program. However, I'd like to have
white-on-black instead of black-on-white. Is there a
program that can be used to configure the xterm
properties, or do I have to use an Xdefaults file? If
so, does someone know what the parameters are for
configuring font colors, sizes, and background?
- I previously used WindowMaker and like it a lot
because it was simple. I had ALT-F1 programmed to
switch to the first virtual terminal, ALT-F2 for the
second, etc. I've figured out how to do this in RH9
using their GNOME/KDE combo, but it seems to require
mouse focus to be on a window before switching, then
carries that window with it to the next virtual
terminal. How can I change this? It's very annoying.
Thanks,
Fred
