Didier,
I happened on "pY! Voice Chat" the other day, it claims
to support most yahoo voice features but doesn't look like
a picnic to configure and is still considered experimental:

Of course if you're desperate enough, you could use Wine to
run the native Yahoo client.
There are open standards for voice like H.323 that allow better
support under Linux. Take a look at Gnome-Meeting for
instance, the new version being released with Gnome 2.4 next
week looks pretty good. People back in the old closed source
world can get an H.323 client too (Netmeeting for example).
