imap

    imap problem...im using the imap that came with red hat 9
    i get this message in my /var/log/maillog

    Sep 29 00:25:18 linuxbox imapd[3274]: imap service init from 192.168.0.1
    Sep 29 00:25:27 linuxbox imapd[3274]: Command stream end of file, while
    reading line user=root host=shyfire.mshome.net [192.168.0.1]
    Sep 29 00:25:27 linuxbox imapd[3275]: imap service init from 192.168.0.1
    Sep 29 00:25:31 linuxbox imapd[3275]: Command stream end of file, while
    reading line user=root host=shyfire.mshome.net [192.168.0.1]

    and at the client(outlook) side is keeps asking for the user name and
    password but the server doesnt accept it.
    my postfix is working fine...i can send emails out from the server and
    send them internaly but cant retrieve mail from xp client.

    can anybody help?
