If that is the *actual* error message, then I'd give 100-to-1 odds that
you've been cracked. If that is the case, then the only solution is to wipe
the box clean, reformat and reinstall (off the network!), download and
update all patches, activate the firewall properly, shut down unnecessary
services, perform any other applicable server-hardening tasks, restore data
from a KNOWN-GOOD backup, and move on.
Nothing on the server can now be trusted. Not even your data.
