I assume you mean rfc1918 addresses.

An ip address is an ip address. Use "neat" (aka redhat-config-network) to
manipulate the address with a GUI or directly edit
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 and modify the entries manually.
restart network services with a "service network restart"
