    Do you mean the libs? or are you looking for tclsh and wish?

    for either of tclsh or wish just do a "whereis tclsh" or "which tclsh", if
    they are in your search path you'll find out quickly.

    I'm pretty sure they follow the prefix that the binaries are installed in so
    if you find tclsh under /usr/bin then the libs will be under /usr/lib and
    likewise if it is under /usr/local/bin the libs will be in /usr/local/lib.
    Make sure that tclsh or wish are not links though. That may throw you off.
