Alexey has already answered the lame server message in a previous post.
Unless your name server has an IP address of 203.89.149.189, I would suggest
you follow the example he posted to turn off these types of messages being
logged.

Same as above, but this time a system on your LAN (like your mail server)
queried for a domain name instead of a PTR record.
