Can't use up2date

Hi all,
This is wierd. I want to upgrade the packages on my redhat 9 box to the
latest so I went into GNOME and clicked on the thing on the taskbar. It said
I wasnt registered in the RHN so I tried doing os, however when I submitted
my information it said "problem registering username" even when I used
random charecters to create a name. Anyone have a solution to this?
