[Q] can NOT set limit under AS 3.0 UP2 ?

    I need set "limit" under csh shell (AS 3.0 up2) but get error message:

    %limit maxproc 16384
    limit: maxproc: Can't set limit
    %limit descriptors 65536
    limit: descriptors: Can't set limit

    Those two commands work under AS 2.1.

    Please help.
