    Hi!

We are adding user accounts to a new Red Hat 9 system. Occasionally when we
are either adding a user or assign the user to a group, the password
expiration is turned back on for almost all users on the system. This
happens whether we use command line or Gnome interface.

I'd be interested in finding out what we're doing to trigger this behavior.

    Thanks.
