    I need two windows OS that I can sysprep to move to some systems.
    Microsoft do not support sysprep OS on D:\.
    This why I need a boot manager, NTLDR is not good this time for my task.
    If some one can reply to my question on minimum grub files I will be
    helpful.

    Windows 2000 has it's own multi-boot boot loader. Use that and forget
    GRUB.
    If you don't want linux then why use GRUB. Use another boot loader. There
    are many available and it just so happens that Win2000 has one.
