Is there support for posix mqueue (/dev/mqueue) on the current RHEL?

When is the next version due? Will it contain posix mqueue?

To test if it contains the mqueue, I use the following commands:

    # mkdir /tmp/.MQD
    # mount -t mqueue /dev/mqueue /tmp/.MQD/

    After these, it will show:
    # mount
/dev/mqueue on /tmp/.MQD type mqueue (rw)

    Thanks,
