Switch language problem

    Hi, all,

    I installed RED HAT 9.0 on my PC in Chinese and Wanna
    to switch the default language to English totally. I
    changed
    it several times by clicking language menu but some
    display
    are still Chinese, which bring me some trouble to run
    some
    programs. Could anyone shed me a light in it?
