Can't find system-config-packages

    Has the system-config-packages command been removed from the RHEL 4
    distribution? If so, is there a way to remove packages and their
    dependents all at once without having to do a ton of digging? I can't
    figure out how to do it with the rpm command; some help would be greatly
    appreciated.
