[Q] way to disable "BAD PASSWORD: it is based on a dictionary word "?

    We have Redhat As 3.6 on DELL server. when we force
    users change password. A lot users get "BAD PASSWORD:
    it is based on a dictionary word ".

    I know LINUX want user to use "security" password, but
    user don't want remember so many password.

    Does there has way to disable it?
