    Hello!

I have IBM eServer xSeries 346 server and I can't get HW Raid1
(mirroring) to work correctly (the controller is Adaptec AIC7902). I've
configured the raid controller (in SCSI Utility) to make a mirror from
the two inserted disks. This works fine, and if I install Windows server
on the machine the raid is working fine.

The problem is with EL AS 4. Although the driver for Raid controller is
loaded (AC79XX driver) I can still see in disk druid both disks, and not
only one disk as I should (right?). Am I missing something here? It's
    strange :-/

I've tried both with the drivers provided on Redhat CD's and the drivers
from IBM site. Allready read all the manuals regarding this subject but
    still can't figure it out.

    Any ideas? Thanks.

    Anze
