Yes the following line as suggested by Nick solved the issue.
[root@nv ~]# system-config-packages --help
Usage: /usr/share/system-config-packages/MainWindow.py [--help]
[--tree=PATH] [--isodir=PATH]
Before this I was not knowing it.
I have not tested --isodir=PATH option, but should work. Mr. Dracula
suggested.
