Hi all
I am using the "Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4 (Nahant Update 1)"
kernel 2.6.9-11.ELsmp in the machine
2 x AMD Dual Core AMD Opteron(tm) Processor 275
When we reboot machine, sometimes it is hanging on
"Enabling swap space"
after reset, booting is successful. but got an error message
/etc/rc3.d/S00microcode_ctl: microcode device /dev/cpu/microcode doesn't
exist?
do you know what is the exacting problem?
Can we diable microcode?
Thank you
