Hi.

Hola Daniel ;-)

I have an old Red Hat 7.2 box with duplicated RPM packages, for example:
# rpm -qa mysql-server
mysql-server-3.23.54a-3.72
mysql-server-3.23.54a-3.72
mysql-server-3.23.54a-3.72
mysql-server-3.23.54a-3.72
I have tried to rebuild RPM database with "rpm --rebuilddb", but doesnt work, same duplicated packages..

Look at this:

Thanks, great tip!

Already "solved" making manually something similar:

rpm --justdb --erase --allmatches mysql-server --nodeps

And then reinstalling mysql-server package... :)
