SFTP Authentication Failure

I know this is an RTFM question, but I haven't been able to locate an
answer. I'm trying to sftp from one server to another. Where/How do I
reset this user?
sftp testuser@servername
Received disconnect from 100.100.100.100: 2: Too many authentication
failures for testuser
Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer
This may be pertinent info from the sshd_config:
ChallengeResponseAuthentication no
GSSAPIAuthentication yes
GSSAPICleanupCredentials yes
UsePAM yes
Any assistance or direction to documentation is appreciated.
