wield file size on Redhat AS 3.4

we have a DELL server with Redhat AS 3.4 installed. I
found one of ORACLE file have wield size. I used
"ls -al" look it and it show very large, but if I
check it inside ORACLE and it show 400MB.
%ls -al
total 3898880
drwxr-xr-x 2 oracle oinstall 4096 Sep 14
22:58 .
drwxr-xr-x 12 oracle oinstall 4096 Sep 18
20:20 ..
-rw-r----- 1 oracle oinstall 3874816 Sep 19
13:25 control03.ctl
-rw-r----- 1 oracle oinstall 74343117934821376
Sep 15 19:37 system01.dbf
I try to copy this file to other place and it stop on
400MB and stay in there never finish. Does anyone
know how to fix this problem?
