shutdown and halt
Can anyone tell me what the consequences would be if I removed users "shutdown"
and "halt" from my RHEL ES 4 system?
I think they are only used if the sysop wishes to allow ordinary users to
shutdown or halt the system. Is that true?
Thanks!
