What were the RHEL update numbers on the workstation and server when the NTP synchronization did not work? Was the same update (e.g. update 5) used on Workstation and server, or different updates (e.g. update 5 on WS and update 7 on server)?

When i checked /etc/ntp.conf , there is ip NTP server listed there.
i already upgrade my RHEL 3 update 5 to RHEL 3 update 7 .
Now my Workstation working well .
We using NTP server because we centralized license application .

Moreover, are you sure that NTP server you're triying to use is up?
