Subject: sendmail/ virtual user table
Please can someone advise me on the following :-
I am hosting several virtual domains using sendmail.
I have no problem assigning several addresses to map to a single
mailbox.
The problem I am having is when I need to map a single address to
multiple mailboxes
for example
dave@xxxxxxx dave-mbox
peter@xxxxxxxxxxx dave-mbox
if i now want peter@xxxxxxxxxxx to also get mail
i need to add a line like
peter@xxxxxxxxxxx peter-mbox
if i do this I get an error
Starting sendmail: makemap: virtusertable.db: line 155: key
peter@xxxxxxxxxxx: duplicate key
make: *** [virtusertable.db] Error 65
any help will be greatly appreciated
