It's a rebuild of RHEL. So next release is due when next release of RHEL is due. It would be an interesting situation if somebody was able to rebuild next version of RHEL before Red Hat makes next version of RHEL ;-)

Said that, RHEL 5 is currently in beta 2 phase. So it will probably be out sometime next year. Corresponding CentOS release will follow shortly, depending how much time CentOS maintainers will need to reuild the distribution from Red Hat sources. And of course test that everything works. It is non-trivial task and can take anywhere between couple of weeks to couple of months.
