Can we upgrade an RHELAS3 server to RHEL5?

Hi,
We have a x86 RHELAS3 system that needs to be upgraded to RHEL5.
[root@bangpcrh212 home]# uname -a
Linux bangpcrh212.bea.com 2.4.21-37.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Sep 7 13:28:55 EDT 2005
i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
[root@bangpcrh212 root]# more /etc/redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon Update 6)
Can this be done. Please suggest.
I have downloaded all the 5 RHEL5 iso images from the redhat site.
