15ºC is a really good temperature for a server room.
Why 15ºC ? Most ICT equipment have net operating temperatures
significantly above that value. 15ºC sounds like a waste of energy
to cool to a temperature that you don't really need.
We run at 24°C. If the air is divided well then this should be a good temperature (was told to us by the installation people). I've read something similar recently, from an APC magazine I think.
