I have not asked for RHEL5 ??

Sorry, I meant RHEL4 Update 5.

I want to install RHEL4 as a guest on RHEL5 host.

Simple work:

kernel-xenU-2.6.9-55.EL.i686.rpm

This package includes a version of the Linux kernel configured to run as
an unprivileged paravirtualized Xen guest.
