but i want to implement domain keys so i downloaded the dkim-milter-1.2.0
and uncompress it edited the site.config.m4 file n folled intructions in
the INSTALL file but when i run
sh Build
it gives me errors

According to "yum whatprovides mfapi.h", sendmail-devel provides
/usr/include/libmilter/mfapi.h.
Have you tried installing that package?
