driver & kernel & 3.0 AS

Hello everybody,
I need to install a tg3 network driver in a RedHat 3.0AS. Question is that driver is supported only from 2.4.24*.src.rpm. Does this kernel exist for 3.0 release?

Greetings, Daniel Romeo
