If you refer to nfs RPC ports, reading /etc/init.d/nfs tell you the truth.
File: /etc/sysconfig/nfs
Vars:
STATD_PORT=
MOUNTD_PORT=
LOCKD_TCPPORT=
LOCKD_UDPPORT=
RQUOTAD_PORT=
Set to yours.
