/etc/raidtab but don't have mkraid command

I'm creating a software raid volume using the /etc/raidtab file on RHEL 5.
According to the instructions I have on how to create a RAID0
I have to issue the mkraid command but my system doesn't have it.
Is my system missing the raidtools for Redhat?
Where do I download the raidtools rpm for Redhat?
Or is there other ways to do this?
I am using this procedure
http://www.linux.org/docs/ldp/howto/Software-RAID-HOWTO-5.html
Thanks.
