not able to find gtk+-2.0-devel rpm for wxGTK-2.8.4

Hello,
I need to build rpm for wxGTK-2.8.4. But to build gtk+-2.0-devel rpm is
required which I am not able to get. Can anyone tell me whether this rpm is
available or no.
