Just found that the openldap-servers package comes with its own
slapd_db_stat (and others).
John
Hi
I'm getting this error message from db_stat -m in /var/lib/ldap
[root@eps-ldap01 ldap]# db_stat -m
db_stat: Program version 4.3 doesn't match environment version
db_stat: DB_ENV->open: DB_VERSION_MISMATCH: Database environment version
mismatch
the versions of db4 and db4-utils installed are:
db4-4.3.29-9.fc6
db4-devel-4.3.29-9.fc6
db4-utils-4.3.29-9.fc6
(although its RHEL5)
I did across a suggestion thats the problem is the version of db4 that
slapd is linked to:
ldd /usr/sbin/slapd
libslapd_db-4.4.so => /usr/lib/tls/i686/libslapd_db-4.4.so
but the rpm packages is:
rpm -q openldap-servers
openldap-servers-2.3.27-5
Any ideas ??
Cheers
John
