Can't get display on Projector screen.. (FC 8)

Hi folks,
Recently I have got new laptop - HP 530, I have installed FC-8 with default
kernel (2.6.23.1-42.fc8).
I am facing problem when I attach thins box to a projector display cable to
external monitor point, It couldn't give display on projector screen.
messages logs seems like given below,
May 14 10:47:02 venus kernel: video bus notify
May 14 10:47:02 venus acpid: received event "video C085 00000080 00000000"
May 14 10:47:02 venus acpid: notifying client 2465[68:68]
May 14 10:47:02 venus acpid: notifying client 2616[0:0]

Kindly let me know, If you can find something which resolve the issue.
