Upgrade from Redhat A/S 4 to Redhat A/S 5?

Hi,
I want to know what the upgrade path from Redhat A/S 4 to Redhat A/S 5 looks like? Does it require to destroy the current machine and reinstall everything or is there a clean upgrade path?
