I think the packages are already installed i am also getting the same
problem but when i see in packages using this command #rpm -q phpmyadmin.
please check it once. i think it will be work...........!!

Or you can get it via the EPEL repositories. Normally it's not a good idea
to blindly mix third party repositories. Do some research to make sure that
the packages each 3rd party repo provides won't overwrite changes made by
other rpms.

phpmyadmin is not available in the standard redhat-repos, but you can
obtain it from rpmforge or
remi-repo:
