Users jail

I have used this

to users.
How do I enable remote login ssh jail? I used this script
(http://www.fuschlberger.net/programs/ssh-scp-sftp-chroot-jail/) for my
redhat4 systems, but redhat5 not work.
I have users with ssh jail, how?
