Strange error after boot up

Hi,

On a Redhat 5x machine its reported to reboot by itself several times
and after a boot and after a login prompt appeared on screen an error
message is displayed continously which is similiar to:

Supervise fatal unable to start supervise run

What can be the reason and how to fix this?

Regards
