I have a Windows XP partition and whilst I do not use it, I need to
migrate files across from time to time so I made an attempt to mount it
from the SuSE partitioner.
I configured the fstab options as read-only etc.
When it comes to actually applying the settings, there are absolutely no
changes made to my /etc/fstab.
I can use the mount command if I specify the device, filesys and mount
point but I can only do this as admin, and I do not wish to have to
login as admin to transfer files. (also, other users of the system have
files on the partition and I don't want to give them root access just
for that)
Any help would be greatly appreciated
