Hello all,
I just ran into this (again) a few minutes ago, and after thinking
for some time the only thing that I can recall between all
occurrences is that I was using YAST2. My KB stopped responding
while checking for packages to add/remove (about to type in the
search box). The mouse works, and everything else seems to be
working fine except that you cannot type anything. The only solution
that I've found is to logout and log back in. As soon as you log out
the KB starts working properly. I checked running processes to see
if there was anything hogging the processor, but all processes seem
to be behaving. Any ideas on what may be causing this? TIA!
