    It's probably already installed. Take a look in /opt/kde3/bin and look for
    kdf (or just type which kdf)

    The default SuSE8.2 KDE menus don't have it attached. If you switch to the
    vanilla KDE menus you will find it under System, More Programs, KDiskFree
