One thing I've noticed about this thread and the unsubscribe issue in general
is that _most_ people using computers and reading email have never seen a
real header before in their lives. Outlook/Outlook express doesn't show
them, the web mail servers (hotmail, yahoo) don't show them, kmail doesn't
show them, evolution doesn't show them, and on and on. Most people believe
that the header is the pretty little thing at the top thats lists to who,
from who, the subject and thats it. Perhaps instead of giving people
grief, couldn't we just tell them that the mail programs typically hide the
header for ease of readability and that you can show your headers by checking
some sort of option box?? It really turns people off when they go to ask a
question like this and people reply "RTFM". Didn't peoples grandma's ever
tell them, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at
    all" ???
