    Couple of questions: When you built the volumes, did you allow the
    controller enough time to complete it's build process before you began
    running tests? (Especially for the RAID 10) Have you verified the
    version of firmware on the card matches the driver release you are
    running? Are you running this in a 64bit/66MHz slot, 64bit/33MHz or
    32bit/33MHz?

    I've used a number of these in all sorts of configs and always achieved
    the expected results.
